Google Pixel 9 series with 50 megapixel cameras being launched

Google Pixel 9 series is going to be unveiled on August 13. The series will have four models – Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, Pixel 9 Pro XL and Pixel 9 Pro Fold. And according to reports, these models will come in four color options.

According to the news, Google's new Tensor G4 chip will be used in the new devices for performance. Again, the base model of the series i.e., Google Pixel 9 model will have a dual rear camera setup and the Pro model will have three rear cameras.

Tipster Steve H. McFly in collaboration with 91 Mobiles has leaked marketing images of the Google Pixel 9 series. The images reveal that the phones will be available in Deep Grey, Light Grey, Pink and Off-White colors. It looks like their display design will be a punch hole, which will house the selfie camera.

It is also known that the edges of the Google Pixel 9 series models will be glossy. And the back panel will have a matte finish. Meanwhile, the dual rear camera can be seen on the back panel of the Pixel 9 phone. And the Pixel 9 Pro, Pixel 9 Pro XL and Pixel 9 Pro Fold models will have three cameras on the back.

According to the leaked promotional images, the Google Pixel 9 will have a 6.3-inch display and 12GB of RAM. And the Pixel 9 Pro model will have a 6.3-inch display and the Pixel 9 Pro XL will have a 6.8-inch display and 16 GB of RAM. Again, the Pixel 9 Pro Fold will be given an upgraded 6.3-inch display cover screen, 8-inch main display and 16 GB RAM. All the phones are expected to have Google's new Tensor G4 chip.

The base Pixel 9 will come with a dual rear camera setup. It will have a 48-megapixel ultra-wide sensor along with a 50-megapixel wide sensor. For selfies, the phone will have a 10.5 megapixel front camera.

The Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro XL models will have a triple rear camera setup. These cameras will be a 50-megapixel main camera and two 48-megapixel sensors. Both the phones will get a 42-megapixel front camera for selfies.

Meanwhile, the Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold model will have a triple rear camera setup with a 48-megapixel main camera, a 10.5-megapixel sensor and two more 10.8-megapixel sensors. A 10-megapixel camera will be available for selfies.
